Who can join?
The first group is for agencies, freelancers, consultants, integrators, and affiliates who already help independent merchants run or grow their stores. We review applications so the directory stays useful for merchants.
What does “up to 20%” mean?
Retailist can return up to 20% of qualifying subscription revenue from paid signups linked to your partner account. Your partner terms will explain the final rate, how long the referral is tracked, refunds, payout dates, and tax requirements before you join.
Who owns the merchant relationship?
You keep the service relationship with your client. The merchant keeps ownership of their business data, accounts, and encryption keys. They can also grant or remove your access whenever they need to.
Can I manage several client stores?
Yes. You can switch between clients and work with their Stores, RetailistAI, Vault, users, billing, roles, settings, and API tokens without mixing one account with another.
How does the directory work?
Merchants can search approved partners by service, location, language, and availability. We review every profile before it goes live, and partners cannot pay for a higher position.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment for the first group. We care about good work for merchants and lasting partner relationships, not the number of profiles in the directory.
